What a great weekend!

Friday was a great day, Nathan had the day off and we planned on spending one of our last baby free weekends together having fun with family and friends. We went to the doctor's office for our weekly appointment. Not much had changed in my progress still dialated to almost a 3...he also let me know that the baby is weighing in at 8 and a half pounds...he told me that if I didn't have the baby by Monday, June 1st, that he would induce me. He went ahead and put us on the hospital schedule for that day although he let us know he didn't think I would make it till then - I do, I think little Brady will be stubborn and be forced to leave his current home to join us. Friday night we went with a bunch of friends to City Limits to hang out on the patio, the weather was beautiful and it was just an awesome time. LATE FRIDAY NIGHT ONE OF MY BESTIES JENNY LYNN CALLED ME TO TELL ME HER AND JOSH WERE ENGAGED - VERY EXCITING!!!

Saturday Nate and I did a lot of baby chores around the house....that evening we went to Jennifer Seals, Jamie's sister, wedding. It was beautiful...also the first wedding Nathan and I have been to since we were married. It was special to watch to young people pledge their love to each other in front of God and their family-very touching. The recepetion was at Kelly Square and although I couldn't partake in the the alcohol festivities I will say the food and cake were great! It was also wonderful to spend the evening with two of our favorite couples the Daniels and Collums. Sunday we got up and I made a huge brunch and we spent the morning laying in bed and enjoying doing absolutely nothing (we don't get to do that a lot). Later on we went and picked up Nathan's mother and took her to eat catfish at the lake, she really enjoyed that. That evening I went to Jennifer's mom's house for an engagment celebration dinner. We had a lot of fun hanging out on the patio talking about all the exciting things that will be happening in the next year - life is great and we are blessed.
